Payouts
Understand how Shopville calculates seller earnings, holds funds, and prepares payouts so your expectations stay aligned with the actual lifecycle.
What sellers pay for
- Sellers should expect marketplace fees and payout handling to affect the net amount they receive from an order.
- Fee details may vary by selling arrangement, so this page explains the payout lifecycle rather than promising a fixed public rate table.
- Any seller-funded discount, refund, cancellation, or adjustment can affect the eventual net payout amount.
How payout states work
Pending in hold
The order has been paid, but the waiting period is still active before the amount becomes payout-eligible.
Available now
The hold period has ended and the amount is eligible for Shopville payout preparation, but not transferred yet.
Reserved in batch
The amount has already been placed into a payout batch and is waiting for transfer completion.
Paid out
The transfer is complete and Shopville has recorded the payout as settled.
Payout destinations and readiness
- Approved seller account status
- Active payout destination such as UPI or bank transfer
- Valid payout details with no operational block
- No unresolved refund, cancellation, or compliance hold that affects the release amount
