Shopville is a curated multi-shop marketplace. Each shop manages their own inventory and ships orders directly to you. This means:
Since each shop ships from their own location, per-shop shipping ensures accurate delivery estimates and fair pricing. You only pay for what each shop actually charges, based on how their fulfillment model works.
Processing and delivery times vary by shop and product type. Here's a general guide:
Your order is confirmed and the shop is notified immediately.
The shop prepares your order. Ready-to-ship items typically process in 1–2 days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take 3–5 days or more — the estimated timeline is shown on each product page.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shop's shipping origin.
Your order arrives at your doorstep. If anything isn't right, you can raise a return request within the eligible window.
Delivery fees are set by each shop and are transparently displayed at checkout. Here's how charges are structured:
Each shop sets a flat delivery fee for their orders. This fee covers all items from that shop in your cart — you're never charged twice for ordering multiple items from the same shop.
Many shops offer free delivery when your order with them exceeds a certain amount. At checkout, you'll see how close you are to qualifying for free delivery from each shop.
Some items — such as fragile, oversized, or specially packaged products — may carry a small additional surcharge. This is clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout, and is charged once per product (not per unit).
Deliveries to certain remote pincodes may incur an additional surcharge. This is automatically calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Some shops offer free delivery above a threshold. That threshold waives the shop's base delivery fee once your order total from that shop qualifies. Remote-area or special-handling adjustments may still apply where relevant.
Your total delivery charge is the sum of each shop's individual delivery fee. If your cart has items from 3 different shops, you'll see 3 separate delivery line items — each clearly labelled with the shop name and breakdown.
Once a shop ships your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your orders in real time from your Order History page.
For multi-shop orders, each shop provides independent tracking — so you may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single checkout.
