When you add products from shops you love, they'll appear here with a clear order summary before checkout.
Start here for the main shop journey: marketplace fit, how to get started, and the habits that make a shop feel trustworthy before the first order lands.
Use this page for the main overview and onboarding basics, then move through the left navigation for listings, shipping, payouts, returns, standards, FAQ, and support.
Shopville is built for shops that care about product quality, honest representation, and a service experience that feels as thoughtful as the products themselves.
Use the shop registration flow when your catalogue, brand story, and operations are ready to be reviewed seriously.
Strong photos, product details, and realistic fulfilment promises are the foundation of buyer trust.
Reliable communication, careful packaging, and calm issue handling protect both your brand and the marketplace.
Before you publish, your shop should already communicate category fit, product integrity, and operational readiness. That foundation reduces support issues later.
Your shop profile should help buyers understand who you are, what you make, and why your products feel distinctive.
Strong photos, honest descriptions, and realistic fulfilment promises reduce support issues before they happen.
Reliable communication, careful packaging, and thoughtful after-sales support help your shop earn repeat trust.
The Sell on Shopville page shows the currently public plan data, including subscription price, catalogue and marketing limits, and settlement terms. Treat those as current plan terms rather than permanent guarantees. Eligible balances are reviewed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but delivery, safety holds, minimum balance, payout destination readiness, active order issues, and provider processing can affect when a transfer reaches the shop.
Applying opens the shop workspace directly in registration mode. Shops that already have an account can open the same workspace in sign-in mode without starting another application.
Businesses with a GSTIN use the GSTIN application path. Eligible small businesses without a GSTIN may use the separate GST Enrolment ID issued through the official GST portal for suppliers to e-commerce operators. Shopville verifies either profile before new marketplace sales can begin.
An Enrolment ID is not GST registration. It allows an eligible verified seller to supply only within its verified State or UT. Shopville does not add buyer GST under that profile, and the buyer receives a retail bill rather than a GST tax invoice. Eligibility can change with turnover or other business facts, so sellers must update their tax profile when their circumstances change.
Shopville links to gst.gov.in and never asks for a GST portal password or OTP. Sellers may save an onboarding draft while applying, but cannot publish products or accept checkout until the Enrolment ID, PAN, business identity, and State or UT are verified.
Delivery availability is checked separately using the buyer's PIN code. When an item cannot be served at that PIN, Shopville simply shows that the item cannot be delivered there.
Move next into listings if you want the product-page guidance, or go straight to standards if you want to validate marketplace fit and restricted-item expectations.
