Shopville is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers. We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell products. Each seller is an independent business responsible for their product listings, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.
Shopville facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We provide the technology platform, payment processing, and support infrastructure. The contractual relationship for any purchase is between you and the seller.

All prices on Shopville are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are set by individual sellers and may change without prior notice.
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we encourage direct communication through the platform. If resolution cannot be reached, Shopville's support team can mediate the dispute.
Our mediation decisions consider all available evidence and aim to be fair to all parties. In cases of seller non-responsiveness, Shopville may intervene to protect the buyer's interests, including issuing refunds where appropriate.
All platform content, including design, branding, logos, text, and software, is owned by Shopville or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images, descriptions, and creative content belong to the respective sellers.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
